Skills4LIFE was launched in January 2007 by its creator, Lorin Landman.

Lorin is an educational consultant who equips others to develop critical lifeskills for a full and balanced LIFE.
In particular, she empowers youth to navigate their adventures in lifelong learning and career-building.

Lorin is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Training and Development, UK). She has worked in vocational guidance for youth and adults, in schools (B PrimEd, UCT) and in various business support roles. She studied and worked outside Zimbabwe for 11 years before returning home in 2006. Consequently Skills4LIFE’s work focuses on arming youth with essential skills and attitudes for enjoying LIFE in any part of the world.

In 2008, Skills4LIFE launched its not-for-profit programmes. We are excited about our community projects through which we work with schools and corporate partners to offer our Study Skills programme to students in government schools.
