From Prince Edward Street as you come from town: Turn left into the second entrance to Kensington shopping centre. Pass the corner of the Total garage on its right hand side, into Paling Close and on to Walmer Court at the end of the road. Once admitted, enter the office by the back entrance near the parking garage.
